We replaced the broken galvanized springs with 10,000 cycle, oil-tempered springs.

The customer had broken light duty hinges as well. The door was separating as a result and very clunky. So, we replaced the worn out hinges with new heavier gauge parts, tuned-up to the door and performed a complete lubrication service to both the door and the operator.
