A customer called us after they just had their broken garage door spring repaired by another company. She was told by them that their garage door opener also needed replacing. When she told them she did not want to replace the opener they left her opener in the state you see in the picture.

As the garage door opener was working fine she felt as though she was being taken advantage of, so she called us for an honest assessment.

We inspected and tested the garage door opener when we arrived on-site. We did find that the opener had a couple of parts missing. We replaced the parts and put the opener back together without any issues.

It now works perfectly, and she now has a one year warranty on all of the work we performed!
