This customer had a 12-year-old Overhead Door Python2 operator with a broken trolley. Unfortunately, the parts to repair this product are obsolete.

After about 20 minutes of us trying to repair this opener at NO CHARGE to customer, we informed them of the situation and presented options for them.

Our service fleet is always fully stocked with common parts and even brand-new operators to minimise garage door repair or installation delays as having to wait 24 hours to have your garage door repaired is not always convenient. We showed them a few different options, and they selected a new LiftMaster 8165W Chain Drive 1/2hp with Wifi Technology installed.

We installed it that same day and helped them set it all up.
