Garage Door Broken Hinge Repair, Portfolio 44

We received a call from a customer who could not open or close their garage door due to a broken hinge. There was nothing wrong with the door, however, due to the unique configuration of their garage door which had 24″ sections(large) with a 12″ radius track (small), the door was completely inoperable because of the broken hinge.

We replaced the broken hinge and noted the other side was also cracking so we replaced both with 14 gauge steel hinges.
