We received a call about a broken spring on an oversized garage door in Fort Langley. Standing over 8 feet tall, these doors need custom-engineered springs for proper ippt weight balance.

Our team promptly arrived to measure the existing springs and weigh the door to ensure accuracy. The current springs were custom-made for the door's height and weight. After discussing with the homeowner, they decided to upgrade from the standard 10,000-cycle springs to high-cycle springs for extended durability. The new springs are built to last for 37,000 cycles! 

In addition, we upgraded the factory 3/32-inch cables to robust 1/8-inch cables, greased the bearings, and provided a complete tune-up and lubrication service for the door and opener. We concluded with a thorough safety test to ensure everything was in perfect working order.
