I was incredibly happy with the service I received from this company. I had two new garage doors installed. After making my enquiry Alfredo came over asap to assess the situation and give me a quote. He was honest, he said I could keep the existing doors and there were no major issues (I appreciated the honesty, but I wanted the doors replaced regardless!). I was very impressed with the responsiveness. I had no expectation that the quote appointment would happen that quickly, but it demonstrated that he valued my business. I was ignored by another local garage door company who shall remain nameless. Installation went great, the installers were on time, careful, polite, professional, and did a great job. Finally, I had what I thought was a minor problem with the installation (that turned out to not be a problem at all...my mistake) still Alfredo came over, inspected the final installation, and spent some time going over the features of the new doors. The price was very reasonable and competitive considering the quality and level of service received. I would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them to others...although I hope these new doors will be issue-free for a long time!

This is a garage door repair company at Clayton Heights Surrey. I did Google search and found it when I couldn’t open it and needed to fit my garage door opener. Alfredo the owner is so nice and explained to me clearly everything. He came within 10 minutes after he found out I lived close by. He checked the door and found out the garage door was fine. He showed me how to use it properly. He left without charging me any service fee! I really appreciate his help! Nowadays such a honesty and caring businessman deserves more business! Next time whenever you have garage door problems, call them!

Recently we had a minor accident with our garage door. I called Lions Gate because I used them before when our spring broke. The technician was able to straighten our panel, and give the garage door a tune up in the one visit. Lions Gate is so professional and a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call until the technician leaves. They are polite, friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, skilled and can schedule in a timely manner. I highly recommend Lions Gate to anyone needing a garage door repair company. Thank you

10/10 experience! Alfredo and James were both very helpful and kind. They explained issues with our garage door and even sent me a letter explaining the defaults so I could share it with our strata. Great service! We will definitely continue to use them.

If I was able to give more than five stars I would. We had our garage door serviced a few months ago, and the service and price point was fantastic. Last Sunday (when it was really starting to get cold out) I left an item under our garage door that resulted in the a wire coming loose and we couldn't close the door. My husband called and was able to get through right away. Within an hour our door was up and running. I couldn't believe the service! Super thankful we've found someone that we can trust to fix and service our garage door. Highly recommend!!
