Alfredo the owner is so nice and explained to me clearly everything. He came within 10 minutes after he found out I lived close by. He checked the door and found out the garage door was fine. He showed me how to use it properly. He left without charging me any service fee! I really appreciate his help! Nowadays such a honesty and caring businessman deserves more business! I needed to replace a dented garage door. They were quick to answer my questions. Russ was so kind and honest when he came out to provide an estimate. He explained the benefits of insulated vs non insulated and was never pushy or tried to upsell us. We are very happy with our new door and highly recommend this company. They even called us the next day to ask if we had any concerns or comments about our newly installed door. I did not call back due to my work schedule times but I would like to thank you for the wonderful service.
