This job had a broken galvanized spring on a single-wide, non-insulated garage door. The cables had come loose, the customer was stuck in the garage and they couldn’t get to work. We responded and arrived on site within 25 minutes of receiving the phone call. The customer left for work, entrusting us to replace the spring and secure her home.

We issued an invoice online where the customer was able to make a secure credit card payment for the service of the spring change.

We performed a complimentary tune-up and lubrication service to the garage door and operator.
