The customer's vehicle was stuck in the garage and needed to leave for work at 7am Monday morning. They called us Sunday evening and we committed to being there at 7am to get them on their way. We did the work without the customer home and closed the door behind us as we left. We billed the customer online and the customer was able to make a secure online payment when they got home.

What we did:

We replace a broken spring with a new spring. It comes with a 3 year warranty. We also did a full tune up and lubrication service to the garage door and operator.
