This garage door needed some repairs. We removed the operator and replaced the broken, stripped / worn out main gear. When we closely inspected the unit, we noticed that the sprocket and bearings were also worn out.

What we did:

• We replaced the entire gear assembly with new a assembly inclusive of sprocket, bearings and main gears.
• We fully lubricated the internal parts.
