Unfortunately, a customer had their car broken into outside of their home. The thief then used the remote that was left in their vehicle to open their garage door. They now had access to not only the garage but the house as well and made off with their personal items.

The garage door opener that was installed was very old and had none of the advanced safety and security features available that are standard today with garage door openers from LiftMaster.

We removed the old Marantec operator, replacing it with a new LiftMaster 8550W belt drive opener with battery back-up and Wifi Technology built in for enhanced safety and security!

This customer now has full control of their garage door from anywhere in the world. And with the notifications feature on the free Liftmaster app they will be instantly notified if their garage door is ever unexpectedly opened again!

March LiftMaster Bonus month also gave the customer an additional remote transmitter and a wireless outdoor keypad at no extra charge! And of course with all calls we also did a complimentary tune-up and lubrication service to the garage door.
