Garage Door Repair, Langley, Portfolio 41
The customer called us because their garage door wouldn’t open. They said that the motor is turning, but the chain isn’t moving.
Upon inspection, we determined the main gear and sprocket assembly needed to be replaced as the chain sprocket bearing had worn away. That’s what called the internal main gear to fail. We also offered the option to replace the operator with a new :w product as the current unit was 25 yrs old. The cost to replace the gear and sprocket assembly was substantially less than that of a new operator, so customer opted to just get it repaired.
We also serviced the garage door and did a full lubrication service to the garage door and operator.
